Halton Region operates seven bulk water stations at the following locations:

• 1499 Guelph Line, Burlington
• 3089 Harrison Court, Burlington
• 1100 Plains Road West, Burlington
• 15 Todd Road, Georgetown
• 8189 Lawson Road, Milton
• 6620 Fifth Line, Milton (NEW)
• 4030 Trafalgar Road, Oakville

An online account is required to access the stations. To apply:

1. Fill out and submit the form below. 
2. You will receive an automated email asking you confirm your email address.
3. You will receive a phone call from Halton Region to validate your application
4. Upon approval, you will receive a second email instructing you to log in and activate your account. 
5. You must create a unique 4-digit User ID Access number and unique 4-digit PIN for each company vehicle using the bulk water stations.
6. The system is pre-pay.  You must deposit funds into your new online account using Visa or Mastercard prior to using the bulk water stations.  
7. If necessary, credit card and cash payments can be processed at the Halton Regional Center located at 1151 Bronte Road, Oakville.  You must call 311 or email bulkwater@halton.ca  first to request this service.
