Notice of Temporary Station Closure – Guelph Line, Burlington

Please be advised that the Bulk Water Station located at 1499 Guelph Line, Burlington will be temporarily closed due to a construction project starting Monday, June 2nd, 2025 at 7:00 a.m. and will remain closed until Friday, June 6th, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. Please use an alternate station while this closure is in effect. The nearest available Bulk Water Station is located at 3089 Harrison Court, Burlington. Thank you for your cooperation.

Rate Change:
Please be advised that the 2025 bulk water rate will be increased from $3.26 to $3.44. Effective January 2nd, 2025.

Note: We have been experiencing significant issues with garbage littering the bulk water stations. Please dispose of any garbage at an appropriate disposal facility. These sites are not meant for garbage collection.

There have also been several repeated instances of human waste, particularly in bottles, littering the station. This behavior is not only repugnant, but unsafe for all users and staff. Anyone caught disposing of such material will have their bulk water account revoked immediately.
